For the sixth consecutive year, COBiz Magazine has recognized IQ Wired in their Top 100 Women Owned Companies publication for 2022. Contributing to the Colorado economy is an accolade that we take great pride in. Thank you to COBiz for uplifting women owned companies across our beloved state.

The Small Business Administration requires 51% of a company to be owned and controlled by women in order to become certified as a women owned small business (WOSB). As you know, IQ Wired is a WOSB and will celebrate 20 years in business this year. We use this timestamp to launch us boldly into the next decade, while also reflecting on its emblematic honor as a tribute to our past two decades of success.

The U.S. Census Bureau reports that only about 12% of companies are older than 26 years. Unfortunately, a whopping 20% of new small businesses fail in their first year, 30% fail in their second year, and 50% fail after only five years. These statistics represent the startling reality of operating in such a cut-throat world that is strife with competition.  IQ Wired is one of the few 21% of businesses that has the opportunity to celebrate their 20th anniversary and we are determined to continue breaking barriers, and the odds, each year.
